Now you can create lasting relationships with your customers by easily creating, managing and tracking your email marketing campaigns. Simply install JomLink for GetResponse into your Joomla! web administrator and your website members will be instantly registered in your GetResponse mailing system when they sign up.

Jomlink Version 5.0 works with all current versions of Joomla!, including Joomla! 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5. We are committed to supporting both Joomla! 1.5 and 2.5 and beyond.

All Intellispire Jomlinks include two extensions: the module, which allows you to create your own email subscription form or "squeeze page", and the plugin which subscribes people to your email list when they create an account on your Joomla! powered website using any standard registration form.

GetResponse Plugin

The GetResponse Plugin portion of the Jomlink is activated when a potential member registers for an account with your Joomla! powered website. When this happens, the plugin adds the subscriber to your Joomla database and also subscribes the user to yourGetResponse mailing list.

Special coding in the plugin provides direct integration with Community Builder and JomSocial: you can collect extended information from these systems during registration, and the fields are then passed to your GetResponse account so you can use it in future emails.

For example, you may want to capture your subscribers website address during registration, then reference the website when sending a future followup email.

While the plugin has extra functionality when used with Community Builder and JomSocial, neither is required to successfully manage your email list.

You can choose whether to have the person's email subscription sent to GetResponse as soon as they sign up with your website, or only after they click on the standard confirmation email link.

GetResponse Module

Used to create a "name capture page", the module creates an "opt-in" form connecting your website to GetResponse. So subscribers are added to your mail list, but not to a Joomla! member's database.

Choose from two modes of operation:

• Standard mode: when your website visitor clicks on "subscribe", they are redirected to the thank-you page you specify, just like having a form on your site. view demo.
• Advanced mode: the form sits in a separate "window" (or iframe) on your website. When the visitor subscribes, they are immediately presented with a "thank you message", never leaving the page on your website. view demo.
• There is a third mode of operation that is specific to Community Builder.  To use the extended fields of Community Builder, you need to also the CBbridge.
