Intellispire Software Installer for Joomla!

Over the past few months, we have completely re-written the "back-end" of the system - the part you don't currently see that allows us to manage the packages.

We are releasing that system tonight.

What this means for you: the new package list will be ordered, for the most part, alphabetically.

You will be seeing software updates frequently over the next week, with both new versions and new software.

This is the first of a series of updates / releases that will continue to add value to the systems - new user interface for the software, new extensions, and remote management capabilities are just some of the features you can look forward to in the coming releases.

All package update notifications except Core Joomla! installs (which will continue via email) will now be delivered by Twitter: http://twitter.com/intellispire

Please do follow us on Twitter to insure you get all the future software updates in the most timely manner.

Expect 2-3 additional emails this week with important information regarding your account.

Non-Pro Users

In order to effect these changes, which require significant human and computing resources, we must change our pricing structure.

As of March 1, 2010, we will no longer be selling an unlimited Pro version of the Installer. Instead, we will be asking an annual fee and limiting the number of installations, moving toward a monthly fee and tiered pricing structure over the next few weeks.

If you have not upgraded to Pro, yet, and want to take advantage of the unlimited Pro capabilities, before the pricing change, please order now.

1. Login to your site, select "Components" then "Add Software"
2. Click the gold star "Upgrade to Pro!"
3. Click the "Buy Now" in th upper left of the description
4. Follow the sales process through PayPal
5. Once your order is completed, hit "refresh software list", and you should see your system will be updated to Pro.
